Baked Peaches – No Sugar Added

Enjoy this skinny & fun recipe to help you stay on track in your healthy living. These are amazing for breakfast or a treat! A healthier version of a peach pie and tastes just like one with out the pie crust. Our fresh peaches baked with brown sugar, butter, and a dash of cinnamon .  Serve these delicious, yummy delights with a warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, but they are also very good with Greek yogurt drizzled with honey.

Ingredients:baked peaches

Cut 2 peaches or Nectarines in half. Take out pit.
Place halves in a glass baking dish
Mix 2 Tbsp melted butter
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup oatmeal
2 Tbsp desired sweetener, to taste


Mix well and fill peach halves.


  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Place the peaches cut-side up in a baking dish. Fill each peach cavity with a bit of butter, brown sugar, and a dash of cinnamon. Pour enough water in the bottom of the pan to come ½ inch up the side of the pan.
  3. Bake 35 to 40 minutes, until the flesh has softened and the tops are browned.
  4. Serve warm, with the toppings of your choice.

Variations: Replace mixture and use ricotta.
