Skinny Protein Smoothie – Holiday Survival Breakfast Drink

Yum, since I’m still operating one handed!!! Hubby just made me a Skinny Holiday Survival Breakfast drink. We are detoxing for the holidays along with skinny fiber and determined not to put on those 15 holiday pounds this year.

1 Banana
1 cup of Kale
2 TBS of Almond Butter ( any nut butter without sugar)
1 cup of raspberries
1 cup of blackberries
1 apple
1 TBS of REAL maple syrup
1/2 cup of Almond Milk
1 TBS of Flax Oil
4 ice cubes

Put all ingredients in a blender, I just got my Ninja Blender and it works great. Makes the smoothie real smooth.
