Yum, since I’m still operating one handed!!!
Hubby just made me a Skinny HolidaySurvival Breakfast drink. We are detoxing for the holidays along with skinny fiber and determined not to put on those 15 holiday pounds this year.
1 cup of Kale
2 TBS of Almond Butter ( any nut butter without sugar)
1 cup of raspberries
1 cup of blackberries
